During the peak of my athletic career, I captained my cross-country team as well as competed in track and field. I also participated in multiple triathlons, basketball and soccer teams. My track & field events included the 3200M, 1600M, the 800M, the high jump, and the 4 x 400M relay.

As a 2011 business graduate from Northeastern University, I founded Athlete’s Dojo in 2013 initially as a one-on-one personal training company in Boston, MA. Since, I have re-branded Athlete’s Dojo to help collegiate bound athletes bridge the gap between high school athletics and the demands of collegiate and professional sports. I have hand selected a rare group of exceptional training experts who share the same passions and drive as I, and have expanded from Boston to the Greater San Diego area.
